Dr. Steve Webb

Veteran law enforcement officer, 33-year educator, best-selling author

Dr. Steve Webb is the best-selling author of “Education in a Violent World: A Practical Guide to Keeping Our Kids Safe, an award-winning educator, retired police officer and the founder of Safe Secure Systems, LLC, an organization that works with schools, businesses, churches and communities on how to prevent and strategically respond to violence.

He is a nationally known safety expert, featured on the series iCrime with Elizabeth Vargas and America Today with Trey Gowdy, who has trained various organizations in 26 states.

 

Dr. Webb is a board-certified Social Media Intelligence/Workplace Violence Threat Assessment Specialist, AVERT/ALICE Active Shooter Response Training Instructor and R.A.I.D.E.R. Solo Engagement Tactics Level II Instructor for law enforcement and he is a Professor at McKendree University specializing in school law and policy.
