PRESENTATION PROPOSAL

Proposals submitted prior to January 31 will be considered for inclusion and applicants will be notified of the decision by February 29.

Primary presenter will receive complimentary conference registration - discounted registration will be available to co-presenters.  (Registration includes continental breakfast, lunch, workshops, & CEs - parking not included)
