PRESENTATION PROPOSAL

Proposals submitted prior to January 5 will be considered for inclusion and applicants will be notified of the decision by February 29.

Primary presenter will receive complimentary conference registration - discounted registration will be available to co-presenters.  (Registration includes continental breakfast, lunch, workshops, & CEs - parking not included)
