exhibitors are welcome to attend workshops with the following courtesy guidelines, so attendees always find your table staffed and sessions remain on schedule:
as workshop start times approach, help attendees transition to their sessions — wrap up conversations 5 minutes before each presentation begins
remain at your table until 10 minutes after the start of each workshop
return to your table 10 minutes before the end of each workshop
planning to attend multiple workshops? consider registering a second exhibitor so your table is never unattended.
